dentist, I find Dr. Luo compassionate and caring. He is willing to discuss my
dental care at length. He gives the most painless novocaine injections I have
ever received. His office staff is great! Theyre friendly, efficient women.
Jhoupee, the office manager, has been especially helpful and kind to me in many
emergency situations. I heartily recommend Dr. Luo and his team.
