Insurance and Billing

We will assist with patients with insurance billing/ forms to help you maximize the most from your dental benefits. At Lei Luo DDS, we strive to serve our patients with the best care with affordable financial options to ensure you have the treatment you need and want. For patients who may be interested in any major dental work, a treatment plan will be provided for patients to have an overview of the estimated cost and payment schedule.

Payment Options

We accept checks, cash, and credit cards (visa/ Mastercard). We also offer a flexible payment plan for all patients as needed for up to 12 months for any major dental treatments. If you are interested in learning more about our payment plan options, please speak to our front desk for further details. We will be more than happy to assist you with the financial options to ensure you receive the quality care you need.

Cancellation 

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A cancellation fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
